It has been said that public spending cuts could lead to over a million jobs being lost in this country by 2015. All I can see is that once again there will be queues at jobcentres. Also is it fair for this uncaring Coalition to put pressure on Jobseekers and those who have health problems to find jobs that just aren’t there. Apparently today Nationwide building society have said that house prices rose by 0.1% in June, over the last few months mortgage lender percentages have varied greatly up and down, why should we believe them? Are the reasons why the English football team underperformed is that they all drank Lucazade and ate too many Pringles? They are overpaid and over pampered and couldn’t wait to get back home to their luxury goods? I am also convinced that the people to blame for this are the football commentators and pundits who convinced us that England were potential winners of the world cup. One famous French footballer said that the English Premiership was not all that great and all a commentator could say very defensively to that was “Well it looks good!” . . . in future if anyone under performs then I have a new saying for them: ”Sorry I really Roonied that”! The current coalition has canceled twelve projects worth £2bn agreed to by the previous Labour government since the start of 2010. How many more important projects will be scrapped this year? Posted in Finance | 1 Comment »
